Amazing location right next to the Duomo, with easy access to all the major attractions. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the convenient parking made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary bottled water, and the breakfast was excellent with a great selection of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and everyone in our group agreed that we would love to stay at this hotel again.

I was genuinely impressed by my stay at the Park Hyatt Milan. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Milan, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. After a full day of sightseeing, coming back to such a comfortable, peaceful room was exactly what we needed. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and offer all the comfort you’d expect from a luxury hotel. One detail I especially appreciated was the thoughtful amenities. As someone who has unfortunately experienced delayed luggage with airlines, I know how stressful that can be. The hotel provides essentials like makeup remover and other necessities, making it easy to relax without worrying about what didn’t arrive in your suitcase. It’s those small touches that make a big difference. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wonderful selection of high-quality options, and every member of the staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. If you’re visiting Milan and looking for exceptional service, an unbeatable location, and true five-star comfort, don’t hesitate to book the Park Hyatt. I would gladly stay here again.
