Ramada Plaza Milano

The Ramada Plaza Milano felt like a real gem to discover, I booked my first solo holiday only a few weeks before I travelled after a particularly difficult first half of 2026 and I’m so pleased I did. The hotel itself is situated well, a short taxi ride from Milano Centrale, a €25 taxi ride to the San Siro if you have trips booked & at the end of the road is Turro metro station surrounded by shops and restaurants. My room was lovely, clean and spacious, I had a beautiful bathroom, big bed & despite previous reviews, my balcony had a table and two chairs! I was in 1606 and was lucky enough to overlook the gardens and pool, I can imagine the view from the other side of the corridor wasn’t as pleasant. The temperature in Milan was 37° on the hottest day and the air con in the room was an absolute dream. There was a fridge big enough for the hotel mini bar and a couple of waters and beers bought from the nearby Carrefour too. I was bed and breakfast during my stay and was pleasantly surprised by the spread offered each morning, cereals, yogurts, cakes, pastries, cheese, meats etc as well as bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, beans and herby potatoes. I saw roughly 10 other guests the whole time I was there so had no noise from anyone, I often had the pool to myself in the day and the bar to myself of an evening. Every member of staff I encountered at this hotel was just wonderful, being on my own, the most conversation I had for 5 days was with Sandro in the pool bar and he was great company. The receptionists are so welcoming and helpful, summoning taxis and even allowing me a late check out time at no extra cost. This hotel was perfect, great for a city break with all the sights but also allows for relaxing around the pool. Doesn’t get better than that.

Dear Team, In regards to our recent stay at Ramada Wyndham Milan, we would like to mention that the hotel rooms were very spacious, and the front desk reception team was extremely good, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, being just 10 minutes away from the Turro metro station. However, we were extremely disappointed with the behavior of the restaurant brasserie manager, Mr. Antonio. His attitude was rude and highly unprofessional. Because of such behavior, the reputation of Ramada Wyndham Milan is negatively affected. Hospitality staff should be properly trained on how to communicate and behave with hotel guests. As travellers staying for four nights and booking three rooms, this was certainly not the level of service we expected from the team. We kindly request you to look into this matter seriously and advise Mr. Antonio to behave more politely and professionally with guests staying at your hotel. Apart from this unfortunate experience, the rest of our stay was very pleasant, and we truly enjoyed our time in Milan. Regards, Tejas Vora

Top Structure! 🔝 I commend Mr. Michele Receptionist of Ramada really nice that with His Speed allowed us not to miss the Train 🚆 calling us in Fast mode a Taxi 🚕 that in Schumacher mode took all the fast lanes possible to get there on time! ⏱️ Phenomenon!!
