Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to a hotel that presents itself as a 4-star. The location is rather inconvenient: the main attractions of Milan are far away, connections with public transportation are limited, and in the immediate vicinity there are no bars, supermarkets, or other useful services. The welcome was disappointing. We were scheduled to check in at 3:00 PM and, despite being at the reception from 12:00 PM waiting for the room, when the time came we were forced to wait even longer because they had to check in a group of about twenty people who had just arrived. All this without any explanation or apology for the inconvenience. In general, the staff seemed inattentive to the needs of the guests and not very willing to solve problems. An example: we asked for help finding a taxi, not knowing Milan, and we were dismissed quite rudely with the suggestion to manage on our own with public transportation. It is a shame that at that hour the service was very limited and several subway lines were closed due to a concert in the city. The room also has several issues. The air conditioning is difficult to adjust: it is either too hot or too cold. We had booked a double room through Booking, but we ended up with a bed that was barely a full size. The minibar does not cool, there are no nightstands, the bathroom drain is very noisy, especially at night, and the faucets are also quite outdated. The complimentary toiletries are very sparse, with only tiny packages of soap of unconvincing quality and a gelatinous consistency. Finally, the bar prices are definitely excessive. Overall, the price-quality ratio is not satisfactory and, for the services offered and the customer attention received, I believe that this property is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel category.

This hotel is definitely not worth it. We arrived with a large group because we were there on a group trip and the air conditioning in to our understanding is not like the US. Well, the air-conditioning system was terrible in the hotel and the rooms were not even a little . The breakfast manager was extremely rude and one time barged into our room to fix the AC after I had told her please don’t touch. The central part of Milan and Duomo with the Galleria is a 20 minute tram ride and this is not a convenient location. The breakfast was not good and overall this hotel is a no go.

Room very outdated and shabby. It needs renovation, especially due to the accumulation of dust on the carpet and the fabric and paper walls...
