Residence Milano Bicocca

Terrible experience. The room offered was dirty: crumbs on the floor, dust everywhere, and even cobwebs in the corners; they offered me another room that, even if not at the level of the first, was still not acceptable for staying with the family and two kids, one of whom, by the way, is allergic to dust. But the aspect, if possible, even more negative, was the little if not non-existent professionalism and the rudeness with which I was treated by a receptionist at the Bicocca Village, according to whom I was "splitting hairs." To top it all off, I didn't even receive a call from a group manager or anyone else to apologize for what happened during check-in and the resulting enormous inconvenience caused, or even just to make sure that the stay in the following days (the booking was for 4 nights) continued peacefully. In the following days, I also wrote a complaint email to customer service and human resources to report what happened but, obviously, I was not deemed worthy of the slightest response. Evidently, for these people, customers deserve this kind of treatment!!!

All good except the confirmation of the reservation in which they do not send you the information to collect the keys and at what times. Keys are collected at the nearby shopping mall, in an office located in the hallway to the left of the entrance of the main mall building during hours no later than 20:00. There are minor maintenance failures, but, overall, fine.

I stayed at Bicocca Residence in Milan for a few nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchenette. The location is convenient—close to public transportation and just a short ride to central Milan, which makes exploring the city very easy. The staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to help with questions or recommendations. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the common areas are well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, Bicocca Residence is perfect for both short and extended stays, especially if you prefer a quiet, comfortable place with easy access to the city.
