We stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, the experience was quite mixed.
The room is definitely the strong point of the establishment: recently renovated, very nice, welcoming, and clean.
The bathroom is also spacious and well-finished, and the mattress turned out to be really comfortable, allowing us to rest well.
One small area for improvement: the refrigerator in the room was empty; it would have been nice to find at least a few bottles of water.
The welcome was positive: the young man at the reception was courteous and helpful, and the reception area also appeared renewed and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the real downside was the breakfast, which drastically lowered the overall rating.
The environment was visibly dirty: unclean floors, glass doors with obvious smudges and stains, neglected corners of the floors.
Even the tablecloths at the buffet were dirty, giving a general impression of poor attention to hygiene.
As for the food, the quality was decidedly low: the scrambled eggs were dry and overcooked, more like a frittata left out too long.
The cold cuts appeared oxidized and not very fresh, and the mortadella had an uninviting smell. Overall, a proposal that resembles more discount products than a breakfast suitable for the establishment.
The worst part was returning to the room and feeling unwell from what we ate!!!
In summary, good regarding the rooms and the welcome, but the breakfast is severely lacking.
With an investment and greater attention to this aspect, the establishment could make a significant leap in quality.

This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed in many shared hostels even. How does this place call itself a 4-star hotel? It should be illegal. The rooms are entirely rundown and outdated. The beds and pillows must be minimum 40 years old and absolutely feel like it. There are springs poking from the mattresses and the pillows are completely hard and flat. The bedding feels like sandpaper. Nothing soft exists here. Additionally there is construction that starts at 8am everyday (including Saturdays) that makes it impossible to sleep any later. The rooms smell horrible like must and mildew. Additionally, the cleaning staff does not do their job. I was moved into one room that was not clean when I arrived and had opened soap bottles and the receipt with the personal information of the customer before me left inside (garbage). The second room I was moved into had literal dirt all over the bathroom. The blinds are broken, the cookware is dismal, I could go on. The staff makes very weird comments and also barely speaks English, so if you have a problem and do not speak Italian, you are out of luck. I absolutely do not recommend staying here. There are many better options. This place is a joke.

Large hotel in the Niguarda district, a short distance from the Hospital and well connected by public transport. Freshly renovated rooms, conceived as small apartments but equipped with all comforts. Breakfast not very rich, helpful staff.
