Stayed at Smart Hotel Central and were very pleased. The main plus is the location: Milano Centrale Station is really within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient if you're on your way or planning to drive a lot. That said, the price is reasonable for such an area. Rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the staff - the guys are professionals, always ready to help, the service level is high. Wi-Fi works without reproach. From minor pitfalls: the floors in the room are tiled, in winter and in the off-season can seem cold (you might want to grab socks), and the walls are not the thickest - the soundproofing is not good, the neighbors can be heard a little. But for an active tourist who only comes to the hotel to sleep, it is not critical. In general, the hotel is strongly recommended for accommodation, especially if you appreciate the convenience of the location and cleanliness. Thank you for your hospitality!

Since I arrived at the hotel I reported that air in my room failed, when it was understood it would turn off and present an error, after waiting 15 minutes I retired because I had to do things when I returned at 10 am told that it was solved but it is not true, the problem is the same, they did not give me any solution in return, they just say that they can not do anything and that I must wait in the room the next day, the room is almost 28 degrees, it is impossible to sleep comfortable like this, the excuse is that they were told that it had been solved but no one from the hotel valid if they had really solved the problem and in the end I must spend a very bad night after a very long trip because of their lack of efficiency.

The staff was very helpful. Great location given that it is next to Central Station very well clmunkcadawith the metro. The rooms very comfortable and very well soundproofed
