The worst service I’ve ever received at a Sheraton, mostly because of the employee Elise, who was incredibly rude and facetious.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip to Italy—once upon arrival and again five weeks later before our flight home. First of all, thank you for offering such a convenient airport hotel. After arriving late at night, exhausted and traveling with children, it was exactly what we needed. We absolutely loved our stay. The room was spotlessly clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and after a long journey, the wonderful shower with quality toiletries, including shower caps and shower gel, felt like pure luxury. Our first room was on the third floor overlooking the parking area. The soundproofing was excellent, and we had a great night's sleep. During our second stay, however, we were given a room on the first floor overlooking the airport. Unfortunately, the experience was quite different. The neighboring guests were very noisy early in the morning, and we could clearly hear aircraft taking off and landing. If you're a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room away from the airport side and on a higher floor. There were a couple of other downsides. Pulling heavy suitcases across the thick carpet was surprisingly difficult, especially after a long flight. Also, we accidentally left our iPhone charger in the room. We contacted the hotel immediately after checking out and even returned to the hotel five weeks later, hoping it had been found, but unfortunately it was never returned. It was disappointing to have to buy a new one. Another thing to keep in mind is that there is no luggage assistance. We unloaded our bags ourselves, took them through the hotel, used the elevator, and brought everything to our room without any help. Despite these issues, the advantages of this hotel far outweigh the disadvantages. Its location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms, excellent air conditioning, and overall comfort make it a fantastic choice before or after a flight. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is a short walk from lobby to Terminal 1. The hotel even provides the luggage carts to help you get there. The other great bonus is that the rental car returns share the building with the hotel so we dropped the luggage with the bellman, returned the car and walked a couple of steps right into the hotel lobby. Now the downside. The hotel looks great with comfortable beds and bedding. The hallways are as long as the concourses in the airport but without the moving walkways. There is no airport noise but there is hallway noise because people arrive at all hours. You hear voices and doors slamming. The towels feel like sandpaper and are worse than most gyms supply. Lastly the restaurant is so convenient but the food was not good and expensive. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, because you can’t beat the convenience especially for an early morning flight.
