Uptown Palace

Hotel very well located, but the welcome is deplorable. I regularly stay in Milan as part of my professional activity in tourism. I had already stayed in this hotel a few years ago, booking a standard room. This time, I paid more for a superior room. Upon my arrival, I was assigned a room identical to the one I occupied two years ago. When I reported it to the front desk, the receptionist was particularly unpleasant and insisted that it was indeed a superior room, while implying that I was lying about my previous stay that this room does not exist. Being called a liar by a staff member is simply unacceptable. Such a lack of respect and professionalism is outrageous. It is truly unfortunate, as the location of the hotel is excellent, but the quality of the welcome completely ruins the experience. I will not return and I do not recommend this establishment.

Very clean room with a large bathroom.

Wonderful view from the breakfast room on the thirteenth floor of the building. However otherwise the rooms are basic with TV years 90, hair dryer not working and average service. In short:
