Villa Cheta Milano

We have been here for the weekend because of a concert. If your standard is no to high you will have no problems here. The stuff is very friendly althought their english is no that good, but they‘re donig der job very well. The room + bathroom were perfektly clean. And the prices for the taxi were also acceptable. Thanks for having us!

We were 15 minutes late to check in due to a delayed flight (and that the hotel is not 5 mins walk from the station as stated but more like 15/20). The hotel therefore could not check us in and we were stuck in a foreign city at half past 11 at night in the rain with nowhere to stay, despite calling the hotel who ultimately hung up on me. We returned in the morning expecting to get our room to be told our whole booking had been cancelled. Hotel manager apparently not available and the single member of staff in the hotel unable to help. I would recommend you avoid this hotel. It's also true that the hotel is not close to transportation or in a particularly good neighbourhood

Visited family who lived near by from the U.S. The hotel is vintage to say the least but really had no issues. The rooms did have AC which was a huge plus. We also liked room 4 as it was a corner and a pretty decent size. Breakfast is "typical" pastries but there are other restaurants walking distance. If we visit again, we will be back!
