B&B Bergamo Romantica

On our trip to Italy, we wanted to go to Bergamo. Via booking.com we ended up at Bergamo Romantica near the center. It took a while to find it, but after a call with the owner, he came to help us. We could park our car inside a fenced area for €10 per day. That is fine. Then we went inside an old building and came to the room. It was a small-scale B&B without a second B (no breakfast). The bed was fine but otherwise it was quite dated. The owner was friendly and the center was within walking distance. I think I had some different expectations, of course a normal B&B.

The host Angela was an exceptional lady who made our stay so great ,and Marco, they sent instructions on how to get it which was down to a T ,,the place was lovely and clean with a lovely balcony ,we got in late and was delighted to see coffee ,teas and snacks there 😀, definitely go back

Myself and my daughter have just returned from a 3 night break in Bergamo. We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation it was spotlessly clean and would highly recommend anyone wanting to use this accommodation in Bergamo for a base to visit Milan and surrounding areas. We were met by Titta who met us on arrival (well we had to WhatsApp her as we struggled to find Bergamo Romantica although we weren’t far from it, Titta came to find us ) She was so informative and advised us how to get to places, she even purchased us our return bus tickets to the airport. She went out of her way to be helpful which is a huge bonus when you travel to a foreign city and are wanting advice on things. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and we had use of a small kitchen if needed, a fridge, a help yourself selection of tea / coffee and snacks which were replenished daily. Huge soft towels (I usually find in hotels the towels are not very big, but these wrapped round you perfectly) Hairdryer if needed and all this cost us was around £236 for 3 nights for the both of us. Bargain!
