Great place: breakfast left in the room with fresh bakery products, available the water machine and the one for coffee / chocolate and various hot drinks. Clean room, cozy place. Self check in very convenient

I do not know the location is generally good, but the place has a good access to Città Alta, if you do not mind a bit of walk. The room was spacious, and each piece of furniture seemed a kind of shabby chic, yet very functional at the same time (e.g. the desk was wide, and sturdy enough for writing; Coat hanger, bed, and bathroom all look beautiful, but it never seemed to sacrifice its basic functionality) I found the check-in process was a bit confusing, though. I provided the estimated time beforehand, and I had assumed that someone would show up at least at the very first time of check-in. When I arrived, the entrance was locked by an electronic key (which could be operated by smartphone) so I waited until some other guests showed up. Then I managed to enter inside the building and reached the reception, again I found no one there. In 15-20 minutes, a young lady showed up and asked if I was a new guest. After talking, I found she was polite and explained everything I need to know about how to use the facility, When I asked if she was the person who I contacted in the message when I booked, she said no, and the next day I popped my head in the reception, another man said come in, and I found that I needed to make another payment of city tax (What would they do if I did not show up this day, then?). I personally felt this could have been done better with a bit of prior notice of what is needed in each timing and what is yet to come. Except for that, I found the place was cozy and very charming.

Great location also to visit Bergamo Alta. Very welcome the organization of breakfast.And then... the corner of the book crossing... fantastic.Thank you ❤️
