Family vacation and a hotel we already knew. We are coming back for the Excellent facility and the fantastic pool that our son loves. But the real strength of the facility is the entertainer Monica! One of a kind: she loves her job, is wonderful with children, and is always cheerful! Impossible to forget! We would return even just for her! ❤️

This property does not deserve any stars. The rudeness and dismissiveness with which they address customers at the reception (the hotel's business card, those who should welcome). Instead, you find yourself talking to a person who takes the liberty of questioning the type of booking (type of room, number of people for whom you booked and paid, etc.), magically the contract with the booking details disappears and is no longer viewable, they shift the responsibility to an "alleged gentleman/owner" never seen at the property. The hotel is dirty everywhere, the play areas are dirty and most of the toys are broken, the rooms are dirty, dust everywhere, insects, torn and dirty sheets, the restaurant dining room is never cleaned. Non-existent air conditioning, malfunction of everything. In 4 days of staying, I found the same stains and food residue from the first day. The proposed menu is at the level of a kindergarten cafeteria. However, I must compliment and thank all the restaurant staff for their courtesy, politeness, and availability to the customer; they are truly the only people who know how to work in that place. I advise the owner of this property to review the entire management organization, because honestly, like this, it is just a joke.
