NH Orio al Serio

I managed the organization of a business event with about 100 people on behalf of the company I work for. In addition to the truly convenient logistics, the spaces for meetings and business encounters were excellent and fully met our needs. The overnight stay and catering services linked to the event also received full marks. A big thank you to the NH event manager for the professionalism and courtesy with which they managed our event. It was great teamwork!

Excellent location, near the airport. Spacious ALL, meeting the most demanding expectations. Clean and functional rooms. Everything regularly in its place. Modern style, high-quality furnishings capable of satisfying even the most demanding guests. The breakfast was good. I would improve the services more. Honestly, I was very disappointed by the company they rely on for the taxi service. They had guaranteed that upon our arrival we would have found a VAN (already paid for by us in advance) that could take us to the property. We arrived at 9:30 PM, but still at 10:20 PM we were waiting at the Caravaggio statue, in front of the airport entrance. After several phone calls and cursing, the guy arrived with the VAN almost an hour late. The same thing happened on the return trip. TERRIBLE TAXI SERVICE. It is a shame because a high-level establishment like NH HOTEL, which relies on such a mediocre company, certainly loses value.

Great location for airport including shuttle bus, great shower, staff very helpful. Having spent 12 days traveling around the Dolomites staying in hotels NH Orio was the most disappointing, expensive, air conditioning wouldn't go below 23c, woke up covered in bites, you have to pay for everything ie water, no kettle etc. paying for airport location!
