I made a reservation on a wrong date with a non-refundable rate, I noticed immediately and called the property to make the cancellation. First they told me they would check the following day because the day of booking was Sunday. The next day they didn't contact me and I had to call. They offered to change dates in exchange for a positive review, but they didn't have availability for the date I needed. So they told me they couldn't do anything. I have checked the policy on booking and it is clearly explained that, even in the case of a non-refundable rate, the property decides whether to apply penalties or not. I pointed that out and they changed their story, saying that since it's often the case that people cancel reservations they decided not to refund them anymore. I explained that it seemed obvious to me that it was a mistake since I phoned a minute after booking and that therefore it did not seem correct to lose the money for a simple mistake easily fixed (with the will to do so). Ms. Donatella, who used to press with phrases like "if it says non-refundable it means it is non-refundable" then moved on to dump the hot potato on the property, saying she was embarrassed to have to play the part of those who are keeping money for no reason (albeit protected by booking). So she went from "I'll change your dates if you leave me a positive review" to "I can't do anything" to "I don't want to do anything" to "It's not my fault, they don't want to do anything." They left me saying that they would give the property one last try, but it has not been heard from since. My sincere compliments: you put a price on your person, and that price is 157€. You could cancel a reservation two minutes after it was made and fix the problem, allowing us not to literally waste our money, instead you preferred to give a shit and pocket the money. Congratulations again...

Very clean place and very clean rooms, comfy beds and friendly staff. In short you truly get your money's worth. The place is not only close to Linate but also to Circolo Magnolia, i was there for an event and it took 4/5 minutes by walk to get to the entrance.
