Beautiful hotel with sour food and an excellent location. A very relaxing and comfortable hotel with excellent service and a super location on a peninsula in south Garda lake. Had a faultless stay here, beautiful room, super friendly staff and excellent food. Highly recommend for a special stay.

This our second stay at this excellent hotel and it certainly won’t be our last. Friendly staff throughout with a special mention to the lovely Chiara at reception who was amazingly helpful. Breakfast overlooking the lake is a wonderful way to start your day. Coming back each afternoon to the thermal pool with stunning view and various jets was extremely relaxing. Grazie mille.

Not a 5 star hotel. Some areas in need or refurbishment and look a bit dated. The wait to be served around the pool area and for lunch is unacceptable. They need more staff to be able to cope.I must add that the staff are very polite but overworked. This is not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The pool attendants are slow and unhelpful ( except Migue). Cleaners outside rooms make a lot of noise early in the morning causing disturbance. The maintenance man was drilling during breakfast which made an awful noise and smelt terrible. Disappointed
