Residence Alexandra

The structure is a residence: in the triple room there was a small kitchenette and it was useful to have the presence of a table with chairs. Clean room and perfect mattress. Nice swimming pool. Very kind staff and very good location to reach the center on foot with a pleasant walk of 20 minutes. Possibility of parking in front of the property or on a nearby parking lot. Fantastic breakfast although not offered in the same structure but in another nearby. Some details should be improved, such as adding towel rails in the bathroom and a shelf for personal effects.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was in a very degraded condition, with obvious security problems (apparent electrical wires, poorly fixed television) and a totally unacceptable level of cleanliness. A lingering smell in the bedroom led us to look for its origin... only to discover a used diaper left in a closet. Unacceptable. The organisation of the hotel also unnecessarily complicates the stay: keys to be collected from another hotel, breakfast not on site, which is not clearly highlighted when booking. Despite several calls to Booking, no concrete solution was provided. We were forced to stay with small children for lack of alternative at this time.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful rooms, with beautiful views. Quiet and cozy. The staff is very polite. Service at the highest level. Rooms are clean, very!!! I liked EVERYTHING! Breakfast is at the top! Very happy to be staying at Alexandra Stay.
