B&B Residenza Leonardo

Stay one night only in this B&B located in Falconara Alta. It is a 15 min walk from the sea, being in the upper part of the village, you have to do a bit 'of climbs but on the other hand you can enjoy a beautiful view from the terraces. Studio clean and equipped with basic amenities, quiet area, village of Falconara Alta very pretty. Host courteous and precise in giving us directions. Despite being a B&B, there is no breakfast on site but you have a 10% discount coupon at a nearby bar (which by the way we found closed that morning!)... but patience, they suggested another. Overall satisfied, definitely to be considered in the future.

What about...nightmare. We enter the room we immediately notice the absence of the air conditioner, we look around and notice a broken rusty fan. Old and unproposable furniture (think that in the room we even have the boiler (generally present outside the houses). We spent the night in white devoured by mosquitoes and completely soaked in sweat since we are on August 16 with 30 ° at 11.30 pm... imagine you sleeping in a room hole without air conditioning and fan!!!! (with windows wide open) Not recommended also because we paid 85 euros!!!

We left our luggage with Luigi while we visited the beautiful town of Alberobello. He was immediately very helpful and welcoming. He advised us on our visit and recommended restaurants. He saw that we were loaded so he offered to take us back to the station to take the bus to Bari. We are happy to have met Luigi and we will remember his smile and his kindness. Thanks Luigi!
