Third time we have returned to this resort and we have always had a good time, one year better than the last: everyone very smiling, everyone very helpful, very polite. Children at the center of the entire staff the guys and girls of the entertainment team, in addition to involving you in daily activities, also stop just to chat and are always full of energy ..they are dynamite This year I convinced myself to move a little bit and I wanted to try the tennis experience too, where I met a young and very prepared instructor: Matias, in addition to making the hour of training pleasant, managed to bring the group of students together with attention and fun.. and so I went several times. Very good! The Natural is truly an excellent location for a "vacation," see you next year.

We spent two weeks at this beautiful resort with our little dog Nairobi, from June 29 to July 13, and we had a wonderful time. The property is wonderful, from the little houses, to the common areas, to the restaurants, to the bars, to the beach and the sea. But the real PLUS is the staff. The entertainment is fantastic. We would all like them as our own children. We fell in love with them: Lavinia, Sara, Giulia, Matilde, Carmela, Maria Vittoria, Matteo, Riccardino, Riccardone and "Stefano Di Martino" alias Attilio. At the restaurant we adored Valentino, Vincenzo "the tray that kills😂", the legendary maitre d' Nikita and my fellow chef from Due Strade, and heartfelt thanks to all the girls and guys in the garden and seaside restaurant service (sorry if I don't remember the names, but I'm of a certain age). A thank you to Antonio, the Bartender, who made us drink everything and more. And thanks to Cinzia from the reservation department. If a team works this well, the credit must go to the great Managers: the wonderful Director Alessandra and the Deputy Director Daniele. We would love to work with managers like you, who are always on the "ball" and who know the true meaning of Hospitality. I will allow myself just two suggestions, as a veteran of the industry: improve housekeeping and provide more analytical labeling for the breakfast cakes.
