We stayed at this property for 12 days from the end of June onwards. The owners are always very helpful. The room was clean, welcoming, and complete for every need, also equipped with a balcony with a drying rack and a small table with chairs for breakfast. The property is in a strategic position to reach both the sea and the center on foot (about 10 minutes). We will definitely return.

A pleasant experience from every point of view.

Great location to reach the center of San Benedetto, the pier and the beach. Very nice and clean room with a small balcony... very comfortable clothesline!!!! Only note... Maybe I am + 560 m (as I had read) to reach the sea
