Hotel Casale

Wonderful experience, absolutely to be repeated.

The property is certainly very nice and comfortable, but there are several flaws: the website reports the presence of a beauty farm which, despite being out of service for years, continues to be mentioned on the site and even in the rooms with a booking suggestion via QR Code scan that is completely fake, given that the beauty farm does not exist, so the information on the site is absolutely misleading. Furthermore, little attention is paid to the cleanliness of the outdoor pool relaxation area, including that of the bathrooms and changing rooms. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Furthermore, the reason for choosing the Casale was linked exclusively to the beauty farm, so it was a great disappointment, okay.

Everything very perfect, kind and helpful staff, good food. I was there for a conference. But hygiene is lacking. They didn't clean my bathroom at all, they changed my towels (and not even all of them); it is a 4-star hotel, that should be the norm!!! I have worked in hotels, and that is not how you behave.
