After a day of travel from Rimini, we finally made it through the maze of tiny narrow streets to the rented apartment, which turned out to be an attic apartment. Very cute, but we had to climb 72 steps WITH luggage to get to it. Not much English spoken, be figured out how to connect to the internet after some struggle. The FREE parking is on the other side of the bridge!!!

B&B Language & Art has specious rooms in a beautiful typical Italian city house from people who are art and literature minded. There is much to read and discover.The location is perfect in the middle of the old city of Ascoli Piceno surrounded with high class restaurants, shops and cafes including the famous Cafe Meletti. Marilena is a real generous host serving you with her handmade and biological breakfast (on request even gluten free), inside information about the city and surroundings. The rooms and beds are perfect. Ideal for experience an "at home" feling. This beautiful family home turned B&B is situated in a perfect position just inside the walls of the historic centre of Ascoli Piceno and a short walk from both the Roman bridge and the town’s main squares. The house and the rooms have a wonderful view over the river Tronto and the Roman Bridge. The rooms are comfortable and all have ensuite bathrooms (ask for “Tulipani” or the upstairs suite if you want more space). Marilena makes her guests feel very welcome and prepares a delicious homemade breakfast with fresh bread, muffins, cereals, home made jam and more. I would definitely return to this Bed & Breakfast.
