I must preface this by saying that we are people who adapt to any situation, but in this case, we believe that the hotel is not at the level of a 3-star establishment.
Our room lacked any solution for hanging beach towels and swimsuits. When I asked at the reception, I was told to hang them on the balcony (too bad the room didn't have one) or outside the window (she wasn't able to explain how, since there wasn't a line, and I had my own but wouldn't have known where to attach it).
On 2 occasions, we had to ask for toilet paper because it had run out and had not been restocked by the cleaning lady.
On 2 occasions, we tried to ask for Coca-Cola for lunch, but they told us it was not available (it was for purchase, so it would have been in their interest to have it).
For 8 consecutive lunches, we were served watermelon as fruit, without any alternative.
As for the cuisine, some dishes (especially the main courses) were not bad. However, most of the first courses (except for a few) seemed like ingredients cooked individually and then assembled at the end... not very appetizing. On one occasion, the pasta was practically raw.
One evening, the dessert portions ran out, and we were served ice cream as an alternative.
Before meals were finished, the buffet trays were stacked one on top of the other (zero hygiene) and were certainly topped up and served again at the next meal, because the same dishes were often there. The same thing happened with the grated cheese: it was on the tables in containers without lids (yellowish clumps were often visible), and at the end of the meal, they were collected, stacked, and ended up on other tables at the next meal.
Around the middle of lunch, the kitchen staff would hurry to the dining room terrace to smoke and then return to the kitchen; I would call this a very unprofessional and unhygienic practice.
The service in the dining room was very chaotic with constant oversights.
The only positive aspects were the breakfast and the beachfront location.
