I would only save the location, practically 2 steps from the sea, and the new bicycle rental with gears. For the rest, the hotel has great potential but has remained stuck in the 70s in every way. Old rooms, dated furniture and air conditioning, very poor room cleaning, the staff limited themselves to making the bed, leaving hair and dust. It is true it is a 3-star, but with a little more attention to cleaning and room renovation, it would really be another category.

Kind and helpful staff, clean room, good and varied food. Good value for money. The view of the crystal-clear sea is beautiful! Recommended!!!

Hotel with high potential. Fair quality-price ratio. Management and reception staff, as well as housekeeping, were available and friendly. Strengths: panoramic view of the sea from the dining room but also from the side, internal parking, cuisine (two courses for first and second dishes, fruit or desserts in the evening and lemon/pistachio sorbets), water autonomy (in case of unavailability of the water supply). Room environment functional, maintained (e.g., shower, air conditioning), right number of hangers in the bathroom and in the closet. It is one of the few hotels in Pesaro with a water reserve in case of problems with the municipal water supply with autonomy of at least one day (depending on the facility's consumption). The management of the breakfast/lunch/dinner room needs improvement both for cleanliness in many areas and for staff not always attentive and "on the ball" regarding the elements of the room itself. Some mattress renewals need to be improved and higher quality ingredients should be offered for breakfast (ref. cooked ham) and various cold cuts/savory items as well as fresh fruit, including fruit salad.
