Very welcoming hotel, perfect for families with children, kind staff. We had the pleasure of having Daniel as our waiter...a super helpful and polite guy. The dining room manager (Lanfranco) is unbeatable, truly knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back. P.s. a small piece of advice: in the breakfast buffet, some homemade lactose-free desserts (milk, butter, and derivatives).

Super recommended family hotel. New facility, lots of attractions for children. Very kind staff. The 0-3 year old area is very convenient and the educator Simona is very talented. Nice and never intrusive entertainment. The laundry service and bicycle service are convenient. Meals are always good and varied. Corner dedicated to smaller children with baby food and purees of all kinds. Beautiful and relaxing swimming pool on the top floor for adults only.
