Hotel Raffaello

Excellent location; clean room although not very large and not exactly well insulated from the noise of the hotel; bathroom a bit old. All in all it was a positive experience

It is a 3 star hotel and expectations cannot be high. Two things should be improved: 1) old and small double bed for a couple; 2) breakfast leaves something to be desired (I will not go into details). Everything could be acceptable and you adapt if you stay a couple of nights (also because you do not live in a hotel but you are always out to visit the city) but the price is high for the Service offered: there is better at lower prices. They should moderate prices.

We stayed at this property based on the photos seen from the site but once we arrived we realized that they did not reflect reality. After check-in the hotel staff was completely absent and the reception always closed. Customers left to fend for themselves without being able to ask for anything in case of need. Hotel always in the dark because once turned on the light lasted a few seconds. The old room, the bathroom with bathtub and a curtain as a door. TV signal almost absent. Discreet breakfast: old pineapple and presented in the dish including peel. The only positive note is the very central location.
