Centrum Palace

Horrible. The hotel was extremely a disappointment. Service at reception was horrible, staff members were not interested in helping us. They seemed bothered when asking questions. The only staff member that truly gave us great service was Carmela the waitress at the dinning area at breakfast. She was attentive and made sure we were well served. She saved our experience. If it wasn't for her the experience would have been worse. Thank you Carmela.

We stayed for 4 days in this hotel for the mixed open national volleyball championships; it was an unforgettable experience, made special by the entire staff, especially the waiters and dining staff, who fully met all our requests and accommodated us in everything. Special mention for Carmela; she was truly fantastic with us, a delightful discovery, and she entertained us pleasantly throughout our stay. We love you, and we hope to see you again soon ❤️ we already miss you!!

Outdated hotel with no renovations. A rather unattractive room that emits a musty smell, with a small television awkwardly placed on the desk. Poor breakfast with very limited savory options. The dining room manager invites us to use the coffee machine for a cappuccino and points out another unappealing coffee pod machine. Simply indecent. Cost around €100 for a 4-star hotel that would barely qualify as a 3-star in a realistic rating scale. Look for something else!!
