Establishment and staff are very welcoming, smiling, and available

The hotel is located along the road and 10 minutes by car (in traffic conditions) from the city center and a few minutes from the motorway exit: it has a large internal parking and rooms located in a detached block and with external access to the block where the restaurant and reception are located. Absolutely welcoming reception (also located in a beautiful place). The rooms are "modest" but cozy and - at least in my experience - clean. Heated with centralized temperatures (an extra degree would make the room temperature more cozy!). The bathroom, however, is cozy and sufficiently warm. Minimal decor but for a room use for one or two nights can go. In the room there is a small fridge (empty!): I think that, being the hotel away from open rooms (at least in the evening and winter hours) a bottle of water in the rooms would be desirable. Sore note (although I personally do not consume) the breakfast... from censorship, with an undrinkable coffee. Apart from that, however, I would say that all in all - having to stay one or two days - the judgment is also positive in relation to the area in which it is located.

We have just left this terrifying hotel, defined by them as 4 stars. We trusted the booking judgment that described everything opposite of what we found. Malodorous rooms with mold included in the walls, creaky bed, bathroom full of limestone everywhere, while you shower you find yourself having hot / cold water suddenly. Incompetent staff, to finish we requested a molinari sambuca with ice, where the same did not even seem to be original. Nightmarish breakfast, undrinkable coffee, indecent. To stay away, not recommended even for one night
