Residence Tabor

I booked an apartment in this residence and I have no regrets, clean rental near the village center, near the shuttle to go back to Modane, near the train station to go to Turin, comfortable bedding, nice rental, I do not regret my choice, the next departure for Bardonecchia, Tabor residence direct

Cozy studio apartment, with everything necessary, excellent location, quiet being at the back of the building, to be recommended

Positive aspects: • Very affordable price compared to the other facilities we find in Bardonecchia. • Comfortable bed, even if it is not a real double bed, but two single beds pushed together. • Excellent shower, although it lacks a rack to place shampoo and body wash. Negative aspects: • The apartment has a single window overlooking a very busy street, right next to the main entrance of the residence and in the immediate vicinity of the station. • Throughout the day and even at night, you can hear the traffic, trains arriving and departing, people entering and leaving, conversations under the window, and the entrance door that is often slammed. • The window insulates quite well from noise when closed, but, since there is no air conditioning, in summer it is necessary to keep it open to be able to breathe. This way, noise and an intense smell of exhaust fumes constantly enter. • The interior spaces are not well soundproofed. • Several parts of the apartment appear damaged or rather worn out. • The toilet paper provided is insufficient. • The supply of towels is very limited and must last for the entire week. Overall, the price is certainly competitive and some elements, such as the bed and the shower, are good. However, the location of the apartment, the lack of air conditioning, and the constant noise heavily impact the quality of the stay.
