Hotel Beau Rivage

We spent a week as a couple and it was an exciting experience. The place is enchanting. The room accommodation was excellent, with sufficient space, all the amenities, and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. We really appreciated the possibility of freely using the pool with hydromassage and solarium, along with the provision of towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Furthermore, there are various welcoming spaces (game room, TV room, library, etc.) in which to relax. A special thought for the breakfast and dinner (optional) service with exquisite, friendly, helpful, and professional staff. A special mention for "The magnificent three": the Head Waitress Ms. Maria Pia, Mr. Giuseppe, and Mr. Raffaele "The Great". It was fun interacting with them, accompanied by their suggestions and their smiles. Excellent availability and kindness from the housekeepers and impeccable professionalism, availability, and courtesy from the Management and Reception staff. An unforgettable experience that enriched us and left us with the desire to return. Marisa & Francesco M. (Orbassano -TO)

Nice 3-day stay Impeccable room, top-notch bedding, nice pool, very peaceful place with a view of the lake, and staff who are very attentive

I recently stayed at Hotel Beau Rivage in Baveno with my parents, husband, and young daughter. All three generations of my family loved this hotel for different reasons and continued to talk about our stay the entire trip! We arrived early via transfer from MXP that Daniel helped to prearrange. The front desk staff and housekeeping worked hard to make our rooms available a little earlier than usual, which was very much appreciated after a long flight. Our luggage was taken care of while we were offered tea and coffee. The hotel location is superb and right across the road from the lake and lakeside restaurants. It is a short walk to many delicious restaurants and a grocery store and pharmacy are close enough for a short walk. Every single staff member from the front desk, housekeeping, and bar area went out of their way to make us feel cared for and at home. My 4-year old daughter looked forward to seeing her favorite server, Elena (sp?) , every day in the lounge and pool area and was sad to say goodbye when we left. She really made her feel special. The pool was fantastic and a great way to cool off after the summer heatwave. The rooms had the best AC we had for our entire two-week trip and the beds were very comfortable. The variety at breakfast was impressive and the butter croissants were a particular favorite of our group. The coffee machine was a great addition to allow guests to choose their favorite style of coffee. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to stay about this lovely hotel. As a family, we spent the next two weeks traveling to a variety of upscale hotels in Lake Como and Lugano and at the end of the trip we all agreed that this hotel was our favorite! This hotel provided warmth and character and proved to us that true hospitality is not about flashy amenities but about the genuine kindness of the staff. When we were leaving we were given a lovely bag of cookies and recipe to remember our time in Baveno. It was a thoughtful nice touch on a long travel day! If you are looking for a charming local hotel, this is it! We hope to make it back again!
