La Bussola

Hotel in a quiet area, rooms with the right amount of space and very clean, excellent air conditioning (controlled by the customer). Kind and attentive staff. Very well-stocked breakfast, both sweet and savory; the only flaw was the cold scrambled eggs two times out of two, even though the container is hot (which means they arrive cold from the kitchen).🤷‍♀️

Our booking Booking number: Agoda 639701103 - at the HOTEL LVG COLLECTION - LA BUSSOLA - in NOVARA for our stay from August 14 to 21, 2026 in a Deluxe double room was arbitrarily modified by the company LVG COLLECTION that manages the HOTEL LVG COLLECTION - LA BUSSOLA, moving us to their other HOTEL LVG COLLECTION - CAVOUR, in a SUITE WITH BALCONY, communicating it to us in two different emails, a month before our aforementioned stay, after we had sent several emails confirming our aforementioned booking to which we had not initially received any response, and only after a phone call from us to the HOTEL LVG COLLECTION - LA BUSSOLA - in NOVARA, did we receive the aforementioned modification of our booking, at their other HOTEL LVG COLLECTION - CAVOUR, in a SUITE WITH BALCONY, but the day after our arrival at the HOTEL CAVOUR, in the aforementioned SUITE assigned to us, we verified that it was impossible to take a shower because the water coming out of the shower was boiling hot. Perhaps even more than 38° as indicated as the maximum temperature on the temperature control knob, for which it was and surely still is, because we are writing today August 22, 2026, the day after the end of our stay, we communicated the presence of the aforementioned problem the day after our arrival at the aforementioned HOTEL CAVOUR in NOVARA. But even though a staff member from the HOTEL CAVOUR came promptly to verify the aforementioned problem, even though she tried to solve it, in reality the aforementioned problem was never solved, and we were unable to take a shower for 8 days, a serious inconvenience given that we are in summer, furthermore the bathrooms and also the showers are small, there is little staff, even if the cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms with showers is carried out very well every day. There is no bar open during the hours of the day, but only a not very rich breakfast is served in the morning usually from 7:00 to 9:30, while only on holidays until 11:00, a weekday schedule not suitable for tourists who usually get up late, but suitable only for workers, for which I inform Agoda of the aforementioned problems, so that they make them known to the company and the staff of the HOTEL CAVOUR in NOVARA, and I advise against booking and staying at the HOTEL LVG COLLECTION CAVOUR in NOVARA for the aforementioned reasons and not to book the HOTEL LVG COLLECTION LA BUSSOLA because currently, August 2026, it is closed and you would be moved arbitrarily to the other HOTEL LVG COLLECTION CAVOUR with the aforementioned inconveniences.
