We have been attending Paradiso Hotel for some years and we have grown fond of it. However, the hotel in our opinion needs a substantial renovation. They redone the bathrooms and some furniture a few years ago, nothing more from there. Floors, walls, windows, even furnishings, are now old and not well maintained. The common areas (reception, breakfast room, corridors) also taste a little 'old unkept'. Excellent restaurant, with a wide choice of dishes and wines. The pool is the flagship, but it would also need more maintenance (bottom that comes off, some sunbeds to be fixed). Small and complicated parking for maneuvers. In short, we always go back to Maccagno, but a great renovation would take just, otherwise customers get lost.

Poor needs undated urgently. The electric chargers for car not work no safe in room shower so small you can't get in it. Flys all over the food. Staff can't even pour a drink. We both had bad stomach's after eating in the restaurant. I wouldn't recommend any of it stay away.

Only stayed one night but was really impressed. The hotel is very well run and in a great location. I loved the pool, jacuzzi, and generous breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive. As someone who watches prices, I found the value for money exceptional. Came by bus from Switzerland—an easy trip with stunning views of Lago Maggiore. Highly recommend!
