From the first phone contact, I had a good impression regarding the friendliness of Mrs. Ivana, who, at my request, sent me a confirmation email and the exact amount for the stay we would spend at the hotel. Upon arrival, there was a large and very convenient free internal parking lot. At the reception, we were welcomed by Mrs. Cinzia, who was extremely welcoming and professional. During dinner, we were able to taste exquisite, high-quality dishes (compliments to the chef) served with friendliness and genuine kindness by Maurizio. Bright and quiet room. A nice moment of relaxation, after a day of excursions in the beautiful area, in the garden pool. Luisa and Maurizio.

We stayed only one night but we had a very good time, clean and comfortable rooms and in the afternoon we also used the indoor pool. Located in a quiet area where, if you do not want to have lunch/dinner inside the property, you can choose from the various businesses present in the surroundings. Excellent, abundant and varied breakfast.

Unfortunately my experience was negative. The property was unable to send a simple written confirmation email with details of the stay. Non-existent customer management. In 2025 it is unthinkable to run a hotel relying only on verbal phone calls without formalizing anything in writing. Professionalism is seen in the management of unexpected events and in the clarity of communication, aspects that are totally absent here. Not recommended for disorganization.
