AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Stayed here for a week skiing - biggest mistake choosing this hotel. For a start 1 large window/door with no curtain, so as soon sun rises you’re awake (glad it’s not summer). Only 1 plug socket in the whole room that is available to use, rest you need another adapter which I’ve never used after visiting 16 different countries!!!! Provide a kettle on the side but no where to plug it in!??? And WOW are the walls thin! The hotel decides to place a young couple next to a family room which wraps around it? So all night kids are screaming and banging, reported to reception and nothing actioned. This had ruined our holiday with no way to relax at night. Breakfast is egg, bacon, pancake and fruit that's it. Shower leaks constantly even after not using it all day??? Don't waste money booking here, go elsewhere!! AVOID THIS CRAP HOTEL!!

Structure really very nice and cared for. We stayed in the panoramic room, I would absolutely recommend it for both the beautiful view and the furnishings. Breakfast delicious with quality products. Very kind staff, attentive to small details: I returned to the hotel after checking out because I was not feeling well to continue the excursion and they offered me a tea. It is a place where I would go back, definitely a strategic location for skiing, as well as for winter hiking.

We booked at the last minute, for the same day, a standard double room with the possibility of a Third party bed. Upon arrival the staff was really nice and without asking anything we were upgraded to a panoramic.Had been recently renovated and we had a great time, with the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is good and right for a four star. Parking is available and costs 4 euros. Overall we enjoyed it very much and can recommend it.
