My daughter visited here for a week with school over February 1/2 term on a skiing trip. Whilst the ski resort was perfect for her and the hotel room was fine, the food was appalling. Given the children were paying customers, the fact they were given food different to the other guests was a disgrace. The children were not offered a choice of meals and the lunch and dinner were the same each day (meat and chips). Out of 21 meals they were not given one piece of fruit or any vegetables in a WEEK. My daughter asked for soup once (as the teachers had it) this request was refused. Why they couldn’t have tomato pasta or pizza for a bit of variety is beyond me. They are not even expensive options! It seems that they were fobbed off for being children despite the fact they paid £2000 for the trip. I will also complain to the school but feel the hotel need this feeback as well other schools considering this hotel as an option. I’ve posted images for reference. I know children can be fussy but no fruit and veg for a week is a disgrace.

Great structure, friendly and welcoming staff. Really quality dining, with lots of choices. Rooms with everything you need and spotless. Strategic location, on the main road and very close to the slopes. To return definitely.

Central location a stone's throw from the ski lifts, clean rooms and common areas, excellent food service (both breakfast and dinner), wellness center really very nice and well-kept, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff and property. What more could you want? Congratulations and hope to see you soon. Highly recommended!
