Hotel Biancaneve

The girl at the reception was very rude, the room was squalid and did not correspond to the description: toiletries were non-existent, a squalor, I do not recommend it

I booked a double room at this hotel on Booking, basing my expectations on the photos of the room published on the same site; we arrived and found a room absolutely not in accordance with the photos, we asked for a different accommodation as advertised but it was denied because they tell us the photos are indicative of triple rooms and in any case they are all sold out. We asked for free cancellation and fortunately it was granted to us by Booking.

Hostess at the reception very ignorant, the rooms are hideous and do not correspond to the reality you find on Booking, the restaurant for breakfast is gloomy like the rooms, to be avoided, I do not recommend it, a disaster.
