We just returned from a one-week stay at this 4-star hotel. The property itself is really beautiful and large, with two beautiful pools (one indoor and one outdoor) that are definitely the hotel's strong point. Unfortunately, however, the management and the welcome did not prove to be up to the category. 🍽️ Cuisine and Afternoon Snack: Very disappointing The cuisine is average, nothing exceptional. Being in Trentino, we expected many more typical and local products Breakfast: We would have expected more fresh products like fruit and yogurt, instead most of the things seemed anything but artisanal. Afternoon snack: A decidedly sore point. All frozen food (heated mini pizzas and piadinas), packaged desserts, and a total absence of fresh fruit or fruit juices. One expects much more from a 4-star hotel. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 "Family Hotel" and Entertainment Chapter: Nonexistent On search engines, the property is sold as a "Family Hotel," but it has absolutely nothing to do with this category. The Mini Club is practically nonexistent: one evening we went down with our son at 8:45 PM and we had to turn on the room lights ourselves because there was no one there. 👤 Staff and Communication: Cold atmosphere While the waiters in the dining room proved to be nicer and more cordial, the reception staff was extremely cold and detached. We went in and out dozens of times in a week and were never greeted once. The warmth of hospitality is totally missing, that feeling of being made to feel at home or like family. Communication is also very lacking: on Friday evening there was an event on the terrace and no one bothered to notify us (we only found out thanks to our neighbors). Many couples arrived late, missing the evening precisely because they were not informed of the specific time (7:00 PM). 📍 Location and Shuttle The hotel is about 300-400 meters from the center of Cavalese. The distance would be short, but the road is completely in the dark. A shuttle service is advertised, but it is not active in the summer (it only works in the winter). I assure you that walking that stretch, in the evening and with a small 4-year-old child, is not at all simple or comfortable. And I emphasize that I asked for info about the shuttle at the reception... the answer was: go to the elevator, everything is written there!!!! In conclusion: The property has enormous potential and is aesthetically very beautiful, but it totally lacks human warmth, customer attention, and real services for families...

The hotel is very well maintained both in the outdoor and indoor areas. The mattresses are excellent, providing a great place to rest; the cleanliness is perfect, and I saw with my own eyes that they even cleaned our dog's large cushion. The in-room services are fantastic, with a warm and kind welcome, and they also try to assist you. We arrived late, and they helped us carry everything to our room. You will find the bathrobe and the bag with towels for the pool, which is very nice both inside and outside; it is a real shame that they are not connected. I judge the spa area to be good; I only had a massage, but the lady was very kind. There is a large outdoor space for sunbathing. Now, moving on to the dining aspect; at breakfast, you can find everything you want, from sweet to savory, with hot drinks prepared directly by the waiters. The snack from 3 to 5 PM is also filling; there is sweet and savory, but they should vary it a bit, perhaps with some small sandwiches—just an idea of mine. The dinner menu is presented in the morning by the head waiter; there are three first courses, three second courses, and four or five desserts. At dinner, there is a rich buffet of salads, omelets, rice, etc., and a fruit buffet, including fruit salad. The food is excellent, and the waiters are attentive, especially Mifi, who is very kind. What is very pleasing is that water is complimentary. The reception is managed by Ms. Alessandra and her staff, who are always very kind and ready to help. We had a great time, thank you, and we hope to see each other again soon.

Simply wonderful!!! * 4 stars are completely justified!!! * SPA area = clean, indoor and outdoor areas - warm water + bubbles! * GREAT service + 4-course choice menu for dinner * Quality of the food = excellent!! The homemade apple strudel <- a dream! * spacious rooms, fragrant toiletries * free parking spaces * The village "Cavalese" is within walking distance from the hotel. * The village "lives" and is very well-kept :-)
