Residence Albare

We stayed from August 8th to the 14th at Residence Albare. Average facility, comfortable apartments; we had a two-room apartment (the only flaw was that my son's room had no window and was very hot). The rest of the apartment was equipped with all the essentials. One thing I find strange, however, is keeping a facility open even in the summer and NOT finding the internal restaurant Il Pepolo open... CLOSED. The wellness center... OKAY THAT THE LOCATION IS PRIMARILY RECOMMENDED FOR WINTER, but given that there were people there in the summer too... why not leave something open? There was a supermarket open (very friendly staff), a souvenir shop open, and a room open from 4 to 10 with pool tables and electronic games... We had fun, but an internal restaurant was definitely really missing...

I write this review during the stay, since we are living a kind of nightmare and the hotel manager continues to ignore issues that we are experiencing from the moment we entered the apartment. Assuming that the place is uncomfortable and dilapidated, shining-style corridors, very heavy doors, disturbing carpet everywhere, writing carved into the corridors, uncomfortable beds, directions to orient themselves in the structure absent. There are four of us, we had 3 pillows, to have the fourth we had to ask numerous times for two days. But the most serious thing is that the moment we entered the room the bathtub was dirty and full of residue of a dubious nature coming up from the drain. Arrived late and with the reception closing at 7pm, we managed and reported the problem to Booking who was the only one to worry about the situation. The reception in the morning did not answer, by dint of phone calls during the day they sent a maintainer, refusing us a refund even partial. Second night the drama begins again, a large amount of food residue rises from the tank and who knows what else. We report the problem, in the evening we return from the slopes, the receptionist tells us that she does not know what to tell us and they give us another room to use the bathroom, too bad that in order to wash we have to go from an outdoor corridor to the cold. While preparing dinner both the bathroom sink and the tub quickly fill up and explode with excrement (attached video) having to quickly evacuate the bathroom and making the room unusable. We call the number of urgencies we were given at reception to which they respond that they deal exclusively with emergency ‘screams’. Hallucinating experience for a structure not so cheap. If you could give zero as a score it would still be too much.

Service was nonexistent. When we had to leave we had to clean the room and do the laundry, so as a result the rooms were dirty, the floors full of crumbs, the sheets pure, full of stains, under my bed I found a clothespin that obviously, did not belong to me. The staff was rude, 30 minutes before the scheduled time where we were supposed to leave, a member of staff came and told us we should leave, not being very nice.
