Nice hotel, I really enjoyed this hotel, but I really think that the slippers and bath rope should be included in the price of the room. Also we had to pay for water in the restaurant!! Every other ski hotel in Italy this has been free. So for these two reasons I won’t be coming back. If the water and bathrobes were included this hotel would be perfect.

We arrived late but the restaurant was kept open to serve us an excellent meal. Helpful staff on reception, in the restaurant. Easy, quick check in after the meal. Collected room key and boot room card immediately. The hotel itself was lovely. The reception area, lounge, and bar were beautifully decorated, cozy, and inviting.
The staff in the restaurant, bar, spa, reception etc were polite, professional and friendly. Most speak a little English and were only too willing to help.
Food was plentiful and good variety. Pasta dishes, buffet salads and freshly cooked mains meals daily. Mains were exceptional with different meats each night, steak, pork, veal etc. and a selection of 12 different fresh vegetables. Lets not forget the selection of desserts (10 -15 different ones). The breakfast is a great balance of variety between a cooked breakfast, (sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms and hash browns) and lots of pastries, cereals and fruit.
The ski and boot locker room were downstairs just outside the front door. They’re very good and better than some we have been to. Lockers hold two sets of skis, poles, boots and helmets with warm air blowers. Access to and from the slopes was straight forward, across the road and up a small slope. You can ski back down if there is enough snow. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus service to the lifts or up the town.
Our rooms were warm, spacious and comfortable and we had a balcony with gorgeous views over the mountains for sunrise and sunset. Rooms had a spa bath which we used when the spa was fully booked. Our room was meticulously cleaned daily. Even if you made your bed, it was remade properly and pajamas folded neatly.
We used the spa facilities most days for which we hired the dressing gown at 12 euros each for the week. We did need to pre-book our entry time at reception in the morning and a couple of times we were unable to get in, so tip is to book early in the day. The sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day’s skiing. (Jacuzzi was warm by the way)
The hotel bar was spacious and comfortable with big screens. Nice to come back to after skiing for a pint and nibbles.

We stayed in this outdoor spa unfortunately the management leaves something to be desired... low ambient temperature and very cold water, which the staff justifies with directives etc etc etc..but the spa is such because it should have a heated and relaxing environment, and instead you end up with a beautiful but cold pool and a small whirlpool and still with cold water.
Tiny changing rooms that would get in trouble with only 5 people.
I'm sorry, but I failed the spa.
