Villa Emma

Let's start with the things I liked: great location, 50 meters from the ski bus stop; parking; presence of skiroom; small SPA and gym; friendly and kind staff; cleanliness; comfortable bed. Unfortunately, several things need to be reviewed: the room reserved for me was really very small, the bathroom worse; not windowed but especially with a shower in which I touched both sides with my back and in which washing became an exercise in contortionist. Soundproofing definitely improveable. The formula of the buffet dinner in my opinion needs to be reviewed: inadequate spaces, little variety and not excellent quality, but above all every evening there was less and less than the day before. Breakfast with little assortment of dessert in my opinion. The most serious thing, however, is the lack of tags on the various foods: the list of allergens was only present at the entrance of the room, but if I do not know what I am taking, how do I know what allergens it might contain? This is not good and should be the subject of a review of the methods of administration and organization of the room. In conclusion, if you look at the category and the asking price, Villa Emma definitely deserves the sufficiency, but for the flaws I noted, I can not really go further. There are some important details to work on.

We stayed at the hotel Villa Emma for a ski holiday with other families of friends. Villa Emma is in an optimal position, between Alba and Canazei: it is easy to reach on foot both the Canazei swimming pool and the ice rink; also convenient to the ski lifts. The rooms are simple but functional. Breakfast and dinner buffet. The buffet dinner is particularly tasty and with several choices. For breakfast I would suggest to the staff, extremely kind and competent, to use more local products, especially whole white yogurt without sugar and butter from local producers of sure success. You could also think of finding fresh cut fruit as it happens for the evening. The staff and receptionists are extremely friendly, helpful and very kind. Thank you for this stay.

My family and I stayed here a weekand with the dog, the rooms were clean spacious and warm with a nice view, the restaurant offers hearty and typical dishes, and in general the staff very friendly, especially Rosy at the restaurant, which was very kind and nice. All in all great experience! I recommend it
