The Best 4* Hotel you could choose! The best staff service throughout. Best breakfast buffet one could expect. Quality of furniture from pool area / bars and restaurants is top quality…. Far beyond most 5* Hotel expectations( well done to design team!!) Our room was a large Suite with swim pool jacuzzi / two terraces and was really a big surprise on the size and quality technology & design. My Only complaint is the Standard Internet wifi you get for free was extremely below par / totally useless and i will not pay for super fast connection in any Hotel especially spending €1200.00 per night which is really not acceptable in 2026 Alessia on front desk was a credit to the Hotel !! I will return but hope they resolve charging for internet/ wifi upgrades that should be STANDARD in a quality Hotel like this one.

If you stumble upon this review, you’re welcome and consider yourself on a short timeline before the word gets out and this place will double in price. The hotel just had a complete renovation and had a soft opening in May and is absolutely GORGEOUS. We just had dinner at Francesco and were blown away with food, ambience and service. You will not find a more refined experience in Stresa!!!

Nice staff, good breakfast, nice room. For this, a hotel expects a gym. Also, everything costs a lot of money, considering the target group fine. But parking fees? Also charge 50 euro service. Mmm special.
