Where do I start? Staff attitude bad, Inches between bed chairs around pool area, tables not cleared for hours, poor service. Hours in queue to order food/drinks. Extra costs on car parking, booking spa treatments… anything they can charge extra for then they will. Surcharge automatically added despite very poor services. Nobody to assist with luggage, no disabled parking spaces available as reserved for other guests. We are pleased to be staying just one night. We will not be a returning guest.

Fantastic place. Do try and get a room with a view. The rooms are larger than average and excessively opulent. Beautiful.

Luxurious hotel in a wonderful location by the lake. Large lobby, carpets, important chandeliers, pool, lake access, (fake) English lawn, etc... The exterior is all beautiful. The services are not up to par. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned with many dusty items. Bathroom poorly stocked with complimentary kit (no cotton for makeup removal, no soap for personal hygiene), broken magnifying mirror. Windows without screens (and the mosquitoes come in swarms!!). Coffee station not restocked daily. The staff is poorly prepared, both at the reception and in the restaurant. Luggage storage is unattended. Greater attention to customer care and services is needed.
