Very large space, strong AC, bit musty smell, lacks charm, very bad WiFi… horrible WiFi keeps cutting me off. Hairdryer was broken - they gave me a handheld. Lightbulb burned out, bathroom lights not working. Coffee cups have tiny handles and you can’t hold them as your hand gets burned. Bathroom has a tiny shower. Rooms is gold and rust color. If u need a ton of space and that’s all u care about plus AC it’s fine but would prefer half the space with good WiFi and a little more charm.

We stayed in 6 booking the studio from 4 and the room for 2 overlooking the garden. Upon our arrival the air conditioner of room 2 was off. With no small effort the girl at the reception managed to turn it on. We decide to cook dinner in the kitchen of the studio apartment but find that it is devoid of pots suitable for the induction hob. For an hour and a half the hotel staff tries to find pots, failing. In the end, pushed by us, they cook our pasta in the hotel kitchen delaying our dinner by two hours and canceling our plans for the evening. Meanwhile we realize that the air conditioner of the two-person room had lost water completely flooding the floor and soaking our belongings. We are given, at a minimum, another room. Not to mention breakfast: by 9.30 (end of breakfast time at 10.00) all the croissants were already finished. The next day we ask to speak to the hotel owner as, frankly, we expected a discount for the inconvenience suffered. The owner introduces himself to us immediately indisposed and unwilling to listen, boasting of owning 5 hotels and saying that no one has ever felt bad. Obviously the discount was not obtained but the worst thing was not being able to communicate in an adult and constructive way with the owner of the hotel who did not in the least meet our discomfort and who did not even apologize. He owns 5 hotels and yet he seems to have no idea how to do hospitality. A crude, rude, indisposed, arrogant and absolutely unfit person to work with the public. I don't dare think about the conditions of stress and overload your employees work under. Really bad experience, do not recommend the place.

Room with high humidity, electrical installation with exposed cables, very deteriorated towels (being polite), dirty and broken room access card, basic breakfast. Very close to the Congress Center but without even a small table where you can open your laptop.
