My husband is from Turin and we had to go visit family , the location was perfect for us. My parents in the US were hospitalized and my father is not doing well so we had to change our plans and fly back home. I reached out to the hotel for a credit of 3 nights and the response was that they could not resell the two nights therefore could not give me a future credit. I work in the luxury travel sector and this is not the way to handle these situations .. This property was good for us location wise but this property has insect issues. We had an ant infestation in addition to a spider and a roach..They would really need to do a treatment . For us location was good but not A great customer relation tactic.. therefore we will not be returning . Thank you for reading

A stone's throw from the Po and Valentino Park, at the foot of Monte dei Cappuccini, Crimea is a good choice for those traveling by car: a comfortable, quiet, quiet area, served by many parking lots (albeit on blue stripes). The center can be reached on foot, the walk is long enough (15 minutes from the station and Piazza Vittorio Veneto) but pleasant weather permitting. Room quite comfortable, unlike the bathroom (small and windowed). Breakfast in line with 3 stars.
