Very good value for money for this stage. The hotel is very good and the price is correct. It's not the big luxury but it's largely correct. Few choices in the restaurant but the pizza is great. Very good value for money here too. I recommend.

I arrive at the hotel about 20 minutes after closing time (my mistake, because I had not personally made the reservation and had not seen the information). Despite this, after several attempts we manage to contact someone by phone, finding the structure completely empty at 10:51 pm. The person who answers – who initially presents himself as “safety” but then turns out to be the owner – immediately proves unprofessional and rude: arrogant tone, misplaced confidence and no willingness to help. When asked where I could go at that time, I was sufficiently answered “his problem.” The situation was unblocked only thanks to the intervention of a cleaning lady, who with great kindness and human sense went out to help us. Only then did the owner change his attitude, allowing me access, but adding out of place comments that I had been “exaggerated”. I travel for work and I am not from the area: a minimum of understanding and professionalism would have been the minimum. The only positive point: the availability and humanity of the cleaning lady, who really made a difference. The real human person was this angel.

The structure houses a conference room suitable for large groups, but without being dispersive. The new management "Sardi's" offers a good level of attention to customer comfort. During the week there are many customers working away and on weekends it is filled with tourists, students and occasional patrons looking for a convivial place to dine and share the maxi screen for the omento games. The staff is friendly, the rooms comfortable and the setting quiet while being on the ring road to the Aosta Valley. I wish the new management the best, it deserves it!
