The facility deserves a 10 for its location at the corner of Via Lagrange and about 200 meters from the Porta Nuova station; courteous and professional staff, regular cleaning; too bad about the room, floor and baseboards damaged.

We stayed at this hotel for the Book Fair. Great location, in the center and close to the Porta Nuova station. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 girls) in a family room. Excellent cleanliness and furnishings. Varied breakfast, with sweet or savory options. Maximum availability of the staff.

Kindness of the staff Decent cleanliness Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, or rather, it is only available when it is not needed: from 11 AM to 8 PM when there are no guests in the hotel!!! Crazy stuff, two sleepless nights due to excessively high temperatures. An experience to definitely avoid, contrasting with the hospitality found in the beautiful city of Turin.
