Hello, good customer service, central hotel, good food, comfortable but not excellent facilities, they have problems with the air conditioning. Conveniently located in the city, in a not-so-dangerous area, filled with good places to eat. It is not the best, but it is not the worst either. Thank you very much for all the effort made. I am sorry to say it, but unfortunately, it is so!! Room on the sixth floor without a balcony, but a non-opening skylight, TV without a remote control, minibar without any drinks..!! Bidet and shower drain water slowly. I would say a bunk bed without a hotel.

If you are used to true four-star hotels, run away. Hotel in line with those from 50 years ago. Air conditioning not working, almost no hot water, poor quality mattresses, and basic breakfast.
