SPANISH: My stay at the hotel has been absolutely unacceptable and has led to an extremely serious situation. During it, I suffered multiple bedbug bites, which caused a significant allergic reaction that required urgent medical attention. It is particularly concerning the absolute lack of diligence and professionalism on the part of the staff, who were unable to adequately manage the situation, as well as the passivity of the management of the establishment, which at no time offered solutions commensurate with the seriousness of the events. The described events constitute a serious, shameful, and potentially punishable offense. I am currently back in Spain, where I have been forced to go again to the emergency hospital services as a direct consequence of what happened in your facilities. *************** ITALIAN: My stay at the hotel has proven to be absolutely unacceptable and has led to a situation of extreme seriousness. It is particularly concerning the absolute lack of diligence and professionalism on the part of the staff, who were unable to adequately manage the situation, as well as the passivity of the management of the facility, which at no time offered adequate solutions to the seriousness of the facts. The described events constitute a serious, shameful, and potentially punishable fact. I am currently returning to Spain, where I have been forced to go again to the emergency room of the hospital as a direct consequence of what happened at your facility.

Then this “hotel” is the worst I have ever been in my life. There is dust everywhere they say they have room cleaning service but lie. Breakfast and dinner are mediocre and the meting rooms antiquated also the sheets are dirty and the bathroom floods

We left and did not get any refund despite not being offered the service for which I paid. I booked this hotel rightly on Booking and although I selected for two adults and one child, I was told at check in, that I would have to pay extra for the child, despite it being clear in the Reservation that we were 2 adults and one child, and that I had already paid everything up on the site. I was also asked for the tourist tax, when Booking points out that it is included in the payment. Moreover, to add things gone wrong, in Reservation I chose the option of a double and a single, despite this, I ended up with three single beds. At my request to resolve the situation, I was told that I did not specify my request despite the fact that in the Booking site the selection was already clear. After insisting several times, I was told that there were no other possible rooms with double bed. And that they had no solution for me. I asked for the refund, and I was told that they could not make it as it is booking that has the money, and, I was advised to cancel the Reservation on the site, paying the full balance accordingly. That is why we left and did not get any refunds despite not being offered the service for which I paid. If we want to add the icing on the cake, it was dirty....
