I have stayed in other Best Western hotels, so I was sure I would have a good experience; in fact, I booked a standard double room but was upgraded to a larger room on the third floor, with a king-size bed and a sofa bed; the bathroom was generously sized with a double sink and a large shower, plus a small balcony with an internal view of the rooftops. The staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast room, were available, kind, and professional. The continental buffet breakfast caters to all tastes, with Italian espresso and cappuccino served by the waitresses. On the street where the hotel is located, there are markets, restaurants, and pizzerias where we ate well at fair prices; the only downside is that the area, perhaps because it is close to the Porta Nuova station, is not very well-frequented, although we did not have any problems. The center and Piazza San Carlo are just a few minutes away by pleasant walk. Highly recommended.

A surprise in some respects: hotel interior, stairs, common rooms, breakfast room “SPECTACULAR” Professional service Competitive prices I did not give the 5 bullets for the experience of my single ( 118 ), to review. I am sure that as soon as the rooms are refreshed, the Hotel will rise.

Poor organization and management of both the hotel manager and receptionists, unable even to take a reservation. I was speechless that in a hotel in the center of Turin they do not know how to respond to the simplest requests, in addition to the rudeness in answering the phone. Failed.
