We booked this hotel because of the photos on the homepage. On site, however, that was completely misleading. The reality had hardly anything in common with the pictures. The room was only about 15 square meters, lovelessly furnished, and not clean. There was sand all over the floor, which stuck to our feet. The balcony measured just one meter and was equipped with cheap children's chairs, so it was really an imposition. 2300 euros for six nights, so 350 euros per night, is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel as it is.

I must premise that this review concerns only and exclusively the restaurant. Beach, pool, and bar service at the little kiosk on the beach are super! The restaurant, on the other hand, absolutely not. The club sandwich ordered was not a club sandwich, sliced bread with old lettuce, overcooked and therefore dry egg, chicken with little bones found inside the dish. Questionable Caesar salad, without dressing, unseasoned... Terrible experience that ruined a beautiful day. They did not charge for the club sandwich since it was impossible to eat it. A real shame.

I booked this hotel because we were traveling through and looking for a hotel by Lake Maggiore. So, everything is very well organized for you in the hotel. The outdoor area is very beautiful and nothing is missing. It is really clean, and the rooms have very high ceilings, and if you also have a great terrace, you couldn't ask for more. The service is also very good; they take care of everything you want, with parking right at the house, and we had a dog with us, which was not a problem at all, even when swimming.
