I just rented at the end of June 2026, you should avoid this apartment due to extensive noisy construction work, and starting at 6:45 AM, the workers are banging on the walls and everything vibrates.... Impossible to sleep. And the landlord, Ms. Paola, calls us liars and has no respect; to defend herself, Paola suggests we get up at 7 AM and come back in the afternoon to rest!!!! pure hypocrisy!!!!! The construction will continue all summer. ABSOLUTELY AVOID

Excellent stay in an apartment, recently renovated and with everything you need for a short or longer holiday. We found everything very clean and welcoming. The owner was very kind and available for every need (in our case, she provided us with a high chair for my 9 month old son's food). As already mentioned, they pay a lot of attention to housekeeping and respond to all requests. Not far from the beach and the building is also equipped with a lift. Overall, excellent support for those who want to spend a (spectacular) beach holiday. Thank you, absolutely recommended and we will return as soon as possible

This building is located just at the border of the old town of Alghero (five minute walk to the harbour and the historic center). The great thing about Aurasol is that it's a modern construction: perfect soundproofing, rooms located at the rear of the building (innercourt), king size beds, air conditioning... We parked our car every night just in front of the building (September). To summarize: very restful and easy for everything
